Earlier I do not know any thing about author of this book so I'm hesitant to buy this book, but when I purchased and read this book, I was happy for my time and money investment. I purchased it for Rs 59, but now its price is too high, so go for it when price meet standard.

Good to read book and practice some of ideas present in book may help in declutter our mind. This is not an easy practice needs lot of effort mindfulness

A well written book with some good scientific research!
Let me start by saying this book has abundance of tips/lessons to get your life in order, which basically helps you to focus on key areas of your life. I found some of the tips really helpful. Another good thing about this book is every tip/lesson provided have been backed up by scientific research that shows that prove practicing these tips is actually helpful. Would definitely recommend this book.

Worth the purchase and not a waste at all
It has covered almost every aspect of our daily lives, even the ones we may never consider as factors for having our minds cluttered. Love the book and all that it has to offer. Thank you dear authors. I hope to be able to act up accordingly and to stick to it. Will definitely recommend this book to my loved ones.

Relevant and Insightful
The best part about this book is the everyday and real relevance of the topics covered which most of us can relate with.Authors Steve and Barrie do not beat around the bush by using repetitive examples to elongate the length of the book and keep it short and simple making it a great reference guide when you want to look up something specific every time you need a quick tip.I sure have taken my share my learning which I believe will help me make better choices of the values I want to define and develop and the things I need to let go off in my personal and professional lives.

Simply put, it was exactly what I needed.
I wish I read this book 10 years ago. I was always wondering why my mind was somewhere else, and why my never ending thoughts weren't positive or helpful to me. Well, it turns out I'm not the only one to has this issue with my 'monkey mind', and I'm glad this book gave me some of the tools necessary to start taking back control over my mind.

Love it ! Easy to read, real life examples and strategies
Great book! Some of the content might seem obvious when you read it but still, sometimes you need someone to remind you of it and this book is there to help you improve your life. Love how every strategies, steps and exercises are backed up with tangible examples and evidence. Now that i've finished reading it once, I'll go through it again to practice and declutter my mind !

Could be handy for some people
The general tips and tricks are helpful for some people I believe. The tips can give you some direction on how to organize your life.The reasons I dont rate this book with 4 or 5 stars: first I think there are to many to do's and too many systems. Second, I m a person who needs to have a comprehensive explaination of everything. Preferably, scientific proof. In the book they refer to some research, but Im missing an extra layer of explanation.Anyways, to stay in the positive flow. I think for a lot of people it coule be helpful. I gained some handy tips and a big reminder of keep doing my mindfullness every day!
