So far it’s been well worth the low price.
When I bought the house the previous owner had left the old version Jandy Aqualink RS6 System in service mode with the pumps running 24/7 because the actuators were flaky and the system showed an air temperature sensor fault and after reading what that meant I was concerned because winter was approaching and I wanted to get the Aqualink Freeze Protection working but the genuine Jandy sensor was very expensive. This sensor wasn’t the cheapest but it had decent reviews so I gave it a try and it solved the problem. As for accuracy, so far it tracks the temperature reading well enough to match up with the local area airport weather station exactly as shown on my ecobee HVAC thermostat without any calibration to this old Aqualink system at all. I just unscrewed the 2 wire terminals for removing the dead sensor and replaced it with this one and made sure that my placement of the sensor was not in direct sunlight or near other potential heat sources while being in a space where it could also get good air flow and I’m very happy with about 2 months of using this inexpensive sensor on my Aqualink system so far as it gives an accurate reading and has triggered the freeze protection twice on the two cold southern winter nights last month.

OK for the price, new ones don't seem to last as long at much older OEM parts.
Bought this part in Spring 2018, for about $25 at the time, to replace water temp sensor used with RS6 AquaLink. The original sensor installed in 2003 lasted 15 years. This one has now failed after just under3 years. Considering that the Zodiac (Jandy) original part is $60 on AMzN, then the current price of $20 may be worth it, even for the short life span. I bought a second one of these in late 2020 to replace the air-temp sensor for the RS6 (original--that lasted 17 years), and it is still working fine after 4 months or so. FYI: Symptom of a failing sensor both times were that temp reading is higher than normal, and over time, it just keeps going up over several weeks' time. It will read a little high at first, then keep going up until it is obviously ridiculous. There are several aftermarket suppliers/brands of these same sensors, likely al made in the same Ch*nese factory, so you might as well pay the lowest price.

Works well; highly recommended
Pool thermistors have a way of decaying over time in fast flowing, warm, chlorinated water. I replaced mine 4 years ago, and it worked great until one day the pool temp was listed at 175 degrees, and the real temp was 72.I purchased this replacement, removed the old one (turned out the plastic insulation surrounding the thermistor had cracked and eroded away), and then installed the replacement rather easily (it leaked at first, so I reinstalled it and the leak disappeared). The thermistor temp reading now exactly matches the pool temp obtained with a thermometer physically in the pool.Hopefully this replacement will last for a few years. I'd call it a good deal; cost me ~$20 and 15 minutes of my time, where if I had a pool repair guy do the job it would have run about $150.

Sensor failed after seven (7) months
The sensor failed after only seven (7) months. The description indicated the sensor has a 12 month warranty but I can't get any Amazon or supplier information to do a warranty return. I paid almost double the price hoping to purchase a temperature sensor that would last longer than 8-12 months.

Buy with confidence
I bought this product 21 months ago, thought I had a problem and Wholesale Sensors went out of their way to help me. Turns out the sensor was fine but they earned my trust and future business with the way they handled my issue. Buy with confidence - this product is higher quality than Jandy's OEM version and they stand by it.

Worked Perfectly
This worked perfectly with my pool system and was much cheaper than the name brand sensor. Installing it was as simple as turning a screw.

Perfect replacement
Correct replacement for my old unit - would be nice if they offered a replacement sensing head where you didn't have to pull the wire - in my case the wires were in a shared conduit and tight after 12 years really stuck - ending up using a metal fish tape after attempting to use the old wire to pull in the new one
