Shame on Amazon, the reviews are for other products.It does not work, at all. It just folds and doesn’t enter the ear canal. It pulled nothing out of my ears. The tool still looks clean afyer use. Buyer beware!

Did absolutely nothing. I could visibly see a particulate in my child’s ear yet it remained undisturbed after numerous removal attempts.Spend your money elsewhere.

This thing is a scam. Looks great and all, but doesn’t actually work. I used it the first day it came in. Put different tips on it and used it over and over again in the same ear. Used a q tip in the other ear and it worked much better. The end piece is a little too flexible and doesn’t really get the wax well. When it does get the wax, the wax sticks really bad and you have to really scrub it off. Mine also looks like it’s 30 years old. The white is actually a really ugly faded tan and the blue was all scratched and smudged up. The letting on it was ever messed up. It looks like someone used it for a few years and then returned it. If they all look like this then I feel bad for the company that makes them, because they won’t stay in business for long. Good luck.

Don't buy this. It does not work at all. Tried many times but no earwax came out. The simple cotton swabs did a much better job. Bought it for my two relatives also and they got the same disappointing result. We'll return all three sets. Could not believe how this product got the good reviews so can not trust Amazon's rating anymore.

They are useless because they do not clean out ear wax as depicted in their advertising. I wear hearing aids and they cause a buildup of ear wax faster than normal because of the lack of air circulation in the ear canal. I am getting tired of using ear drops all the time so I started looking for alternatives--this is not one. What's more, their "free return" policy is ridiculous. The product has to be unused but you won't know how worthless they are until you open the package and TRY the product.

My partner has been dying to try one of these, so I went ahead and ordered one. Well.. it sucked lolWe both followed the directions, ya know, the one about twisting in the correct direction, and it didn't clear/clean out anything. We wanted tp break up with Q-tips, but this just drove us closer together..

Waste of money . Should of read the reviews instead of just going by the rating . Horrible useless product .

Absolute garbage. After trying several of the tips all I got was impacted wax for which I will now need to see a doctor to remove. Anyone know how to get Amazon to pay for the doctor's bill ?
