We bought these pens for our upcoming trip to Disney World in Florida for the Disney character autographs for our two daughters. The characters often have trouble holding smaller pens and using them. We figured these pens would be a better option.We do plan to use the pens otherwise not just for our trip but for other uses. They are very easy grip and hold. They have a large button to push the pen to write as well as well as a rope to hang around your hand.I am glad I got these pens which are durable and look nice as well.

I have almost complete numbness in my right hand. Nearly impossible for me to hold a normal size pen. These have been wonderful! I am able to hold on to the pen while using my arm to move my hand. It took some getting used to, but I'm able to write again.

First I never received it cause it wasn't on my porch we found it in my mail box thx very comfortable to use

I'm a practicing notary public and I ordered these pens for use with clients who are stroke patients, elderly or other tremor-related conditions.PROS: The shape is very good for weak or smaller hands. The click button is large and easy to push. CONS: The ink is supposed to be blue, however it turned out to be a very dark blue, almost black. Also, the point is on the finer side and sharp, which means having to use more pressure to make a decent impression on a form that may have to be copied/scanned.The ink barrel looks pretty standard, so I may be able to replace it to get the bluer color and medium tip that I need. However, I would have rather paid the same price for one nice, well-made pen and 5 cheap ones.

Like the title says. I injured my left hand and is very painful and hard to control movements. This certainly helps. Unfortunately, the ink cartridge is extremely low quality. I could not find a replacement at local stores to improve the situation so they a worthless to me.

My husband has neuropathy in his hands and has a hard time gripping a regular pen. These worked great for him.
