My daughter loves this curling cream. She has super thick, very curly hair and this helps define those curls and the smell is amazing! Smells like a coconut beach vacation! Makes her hair soft, not greasy at all and holds all day long. Great product and a great value!

Finding a cream that actually tames my frizzy curls without relying on heavy silicones is a challenge, but this Maui Moisture Curl Smoothie is a holy grail. I love that 100% aloe vera juice is the first ingredient rather than watered-down filler. A small amount raked through my damp hair leaves my curls incredibly defined, shiny, and completely frizz-free. I also add a touch of gel when damp together dries down touchably soft with zero crunch or stiffness. Plus, the tropical coconut and papaya scent is wonderful, makes it feel like a spa treatment. If you have dry, thirsty curls or coils, you need this jar!

This product smells amazing, really light and tropical without being too strong. I would definitely recommend this for high porosity hair It does exactly what it’s supposed to do: leaves your hair soft, defined, and moisturized without feeling heavy or greasy. After using it, my curls looked bouncier and more controlled, and I didn’t need to reapply as often throughout the week. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it arrived slightly opened and some product had spilled. Luckily, most of it was still intact and usable, but it’s something to keep in mind when ordering online.

No hard crunchy hair! No more crazy frizz, definitely gives the curls more definition IMO. This little jar last awhile too because a little goes A LONG WAY. First use I won’t lie … I grabbed a big glob - NOT NECESSARY HAHAHA.

4.5 stars. Has a lot of fragrance to it, a milder scent would be nice. Works amazingly well. When I was younger, I never thought I'd have waves or curls. But over time my hair texture changed. More waves, but kind of frizzy and messy, not pretty at all. Now with this product, I have nice soft waves with a little curl at the bottom. Experiment to see how much to apply and when, there is a learning curve. I now squeeze out the excess water and apply the product a little more generously right after washing instead of after towel drying, knowing that some product will come out as my hair continues to drain water out of it. This way, I get a more even application with better penetration into the hair and no greasiness. If I need a touch-up in between washes, I use B-pure Hair Milk as it has a lighter texture so I can use it on my fine hair when it's dry without it looking really greasy. I'm sure there are other products that would work well, this just happens to be what I have on hand. The Curl Cream, being a cream, is a little bit heavier product, so use cautiously on fine hair when it's dry.

I really wanted to love this, but it just didn’t work well for my hair. It felt a bit too heavy and ended up weighing my curls down instead of defining them. Even after styling, my hair still looked frizzy, which was disappointing since that’s what I was hoping it would help with. It does feel moisturizing, but for my curl type, it just didn’t give the bounce or smooth finish I was expecting. It might work better for thicker or very dry hair, but if you have finer curls, it may feel a little too heavy.
