12mm Blu-Ray Resealable Sleeves - Compatible with Blu-Ray, Xbox One, and HD-DVD (100 pack)

These are fantastic. I was skeptical about how “resealable” they would be, but they work great. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR STEELBOOKS. They may protect against scratches, but dings and dents will not be prevented. Don’t expect them to protect from case damage either. Look at some thicker plastic options for that. These are thin covers that are PERFECT for protection from dust and the like. And they won’t take away shelf space like the more bulky protectors. I’ve also been able to fit up to 14mm cases inside with no problem. I’m very happy with this product!

TLDR - Blu-ray, 4kBlu-Ray, Steel books, and (most) slipcovers fit for me. Not sure how much protection they offer. The long version - I went into this purchase not expecting these sleeves to fit anything outside of standard Blu-ray and 4k Blu-ray cases. I was buying these for that medium only and not for any Xbox or PlayStation games. I had read other reviews about how these would not fit steel books or Blu-Rays with slipcovers. Seller description also noted these are not for steel books. No biggie for me, ordered anyways. Once these were delivered I did a quick one-over of the sleeves. They have a sturdy thick feel to them. From there I went to work bagging up some of my beloved movies. Standard Blu-rays were easily bagged. Absolutely no issues. So of course I naturally wanted to test these out and try out some steel books and slipcovers. While steel books were a little more snug, they fit great. No tearing at all. Admittedly I was gentle with this process and found a process that worked well for me. Instead of pushing the movie down into the sleeve from the top, I would just get the tip of the movie in then flip it upside down. I would then slide the sleeve down over the movie. I used the edge of a desk while doing this. The only steel book I could not fit was one that came with a slipcover as well. Next I moved on to slipcovers. For the most part, following same technique for steel books, I had no issues. When it came to boutique movies with slips (i.e. Arrow) it was hit and miss. Ringu fit ok, Weird Science not so much. If you have a lot of boutique label movies like Arrow, Criterion, etc you may want to look at other solutions. What is TBD, is how much protection will these offer? While they should help with wear/tear to Slips and Steel books, what if I dropped a movie over a hard surface would the case still crack in one of these sleeves? Would a steel book still dent? I am not going to test it out, but I suspect your chances are still pretty high for damage. In closing, these exceeded my expectations as I wasn't expecting them to fit steel books and slipcovers. Your mileage may vary with fitment however. The question prospective buyer will need to ask themselves is what I am getting these for? I'm one of 'those collectors' that bags and boards their comics, places all vinyl records in rice paper sleeves, and gets special stackable individual shoe boxes....so these were a no brainer. If you are that person these are probably for you.

Another good product from this company. Much thicker than those thin cellophane covers. If you have regular blurays or 4Ks, it fits perfectly. If you have blurays or 4Ks with slipcovers, they can be a snug fit. But it can be done without too much trouble. All things considered, I personally like their DVD covers better, as it gives you some extra space. It just depends on the various sizes you need. Cheers!

Hey there!!! Just a few quick points about these to help you make the right buy! 1) Wont fit blu rays that have a slipcover with them. (For those I recommend buying the DVD sleeves as they fit well and yes I have tried and used them.). 2) The quality is not spectacular but adds a layer of protection on your rare blu rays etc. 3) When you take of the seal to expose the sticky part, the plastic slip that comes off is very sticky due to the charge on it. TIP: keep you hands moist to get rid of them in the bin easily. 4) This size is also ideal for you to cover your Zinepaks and CDs. 5) Will not fit Blu Ray Steelbooks also. For blu ray steelbooks also use the DVD sleeves. Hope this helps!!

Crystal clear and a perfect fit. Note that they DO fit steelbooks, but the flap on top will not have enough slack to make it over to the adhesive backing, so if you're willing to use a small piece of tape on the back like I did, you'll be in business. Great sleeves and great value.

Good Quality, Works for PlayStation 3 and 4 Games and BluRays, Tight Fit for Steelbooks

One of the two packs I received contained a handful of sleeves bearing ripples (as pictured). The sleeves in the second pack were all rippled, the ones on the ends of the stack more markedly so than the ones toward the center. They have a faint sour smell akin to the sticky side of packing tape and are quite thick and fairly clear. I question whether these are in fact biaxially orientented polypropylene (BOPP), which refers to the film being stretched in two directions during the manufacturing process as opposed to one direction, in which case you would have oriented polypropylene, or OPP. BOPP is much more resistant to developing wrinkles than OPP and tends to be exceptionally clear. I’ve used sleeves for LPs, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, magazines, and comic books. I have polypropylene sleeves that are over twenty years old and look as smooth as glass with nary a pucker or ripple in sight, and I’ve had sleeves that became wrinkly like a prune a few years after I bought them. These sleeves are not altogether bad. If your only concern is to keep out dust and pollutants, they will do the job adeptly. However, if you care about how your Blu-ray cover art will look, then you’d be better off looking elsewhere.

Yo al principio estaba exceptico si valía la pena la compra y vaya que lo vale. El producto es perfecto para que el polvo no fastidie las ediciones aunque tengo que decir que algo bueno pero también malo es que al ser las bolsas muy a la medida cualquier edición aunque sea milimetros más grande ya no podrá entrar como la Criterion de ahí, hasta eso, un steelbook costo de meter, hay que tener mucho cuidado porque podrás romper bolsas por el camino (fui extremadamente cuidadoso y aún así rompí unas 6)
