Glitchy and poor build quality
Really disappointed in this product. Delivery was good, but when it arrived we were unhappy with the build quality (it's very plasticy and doesn't feel very sturdy). Also, we couldn't get the bluetooth to work. Despite numerous emails stating that we wanted to return the product, the company refused to engage with us on a return (even though they state a 30 day money back guarantee all over their website) and kept asking over and over again what our issues were. Eventually, they sent instructions to get the bluetooth working (these are not included with the product and it is not easy to work out!). We eventually managed to integrate the product with the Kinomap app and so decided to keep the bike (mainly because it seemed impossible to return it) but the app is very unreliable and more often than not the app and the bike do not connect.

Good bike for exercise but doesn’t do as advertised
Nice bike, feels sturdy and good to ride. Trims are a bit cheap plasticky but that’s fine for the price. Made my decision to buy this bike purely because it’s advertised as being able to connect to kinomap, well that doesn’t work 🙁 it won’t connect so don’t know if it actually has the Bluetooth ability installed. And there is a “random” option on the menu but this does not light up so that you can select it. Oh, and it won’t save my user details like height, weight, age, etc and you’re supposed to be able to add up to 4 users but you have to put your details in every time you start it up. Good bike for exercise but doesn’t do as advertised

Let the app access Bluetooth!!!
Super quick delivery! Once set up after a fewChoice words with myself as I forgot to read (small parts may already be fitted) it feels very sturdy. It took me a while to get the Kinomap working. However for those who need some help with that, once you’ve set up an account online then sign into the app. Make sure you allow Bluetooth to access the app it should then find the equipment. If you say no you can find the app on settings and click to allow access there. I did have to delete the app and reinstall for mine to work after I messed around with it. Absolutely brilliant using the app and tour 5.0 together! Hope this helps others!

Great bike!!
Great exercise bike!Easy to assemble for one person ( I’m female and it took about 30 mins)The onboard computer can be fiddly to navigate I’m still learning that part. The bike is super silent so doesn’t disturb anyone watching tv or reading and the programs are great - I am still only using program 2 three one hour session per week as I am new to cycling but it’s fantastic workout I’ve only had the bike a couple of months and I’m already seeing and feeling results in my health and fitness. This is a bike that will not be shoved in a corner and forgotten about once lockdown is a distant memory. It doesn’t come with a bottle holder and that’s a shame and my only gripe with this bike. Oh and the seat is really comfy!

Nice looking machine.
Nice looking. Assembly instructions not clear enough especially not detailing the parts that were pre assembled. Also the model we received was the latest. Took two of us 3 hours to assemble and we are used assemble items. Tricky getting the electrics in the handle bar stem threaded and connected.Some of the parts differed slightly from the pictures. Ledge for iPad or iPhone was not adequate and not safe to put them on which could result in the items slipping off. Needs a design change to solve this problem maybe a retaining system. Disappointing programme selection no preset programs giving variety of ride challenges. Lowest setting relatively hard and not suitable for beginners.On the positive Side, good looking, solid, good display and competitive price. Delivery was long but that was shown at time of purchase.Some slight modifications giving preset programs, better instructions and lower settings for beginners would increase the star rating.

It is an OK exercise bike
It arrived quickly but in a battered box that looked like it had been openned before. But it was all there. I assembled it easily though with a little help as a third hand is usful when at the connecting the wires stage.I have managed to link it to Kinomaps and enjoyed a ride in Catalinia. One comment is that the video does not speed up or slow down with your peddling, but it shows your speed, power rpm etc.There is a slight wobbling sound from the flywheel but apart from that it is very quiet and easy to use.It is pretty solid but does flex very slightly when riding, but nothing to be conacerned about.Overall I am pleased with this purchase
