A hard to find favorite Yuzu hot sauce. Use it on pot stickers, dumplings, egg rolls, fried shrimp, fish, and more!Price is comparable to original brand version, which is also hard to find in local stores. Bottle and label are similar, suspect they package for TJ. Glad it's sold through Amazon.

Not what I thought it would be at all. I can’t say it’s added much of anything to my dishes.

Love this condiment so much put it on salads, rice and meats.. Not to spicey lovely citrus flavor. Wish it came in bigger size.

I’ve purchased this at Trader Joe’s where it’s about $5. But, I’m not going into stores due to the virus. So, needed to buy online. I would expect the sauce from an Amazon seller to be more than TJ’s — would have to be in order to make any profit. My concern about buying here was the expiration date. No need for worry — it’s 9/30/22. Of course, that would depend on seller.I don’t like a lot of heat, and this citrusy sauce is perfect for me. Love it over scrambled eggs & in breakfast burritos. Glad to have my favorite hot sauce again!

PROS:It's flavor and heat are just OK. I'll use it as hot sauce.CONS:There is a slight hint of citrus but even the hint didn't shout "Yuzu". I should have tasted the brightness of Meyer's Lemon, mandarin, tangerine and lime, the best description I can give for Yuzu. It just wasn't there.The pepper flavor was sharp and indistinct. It didn't taste like any particular pepper.The most pronounced flavor was vinegar not citrus.Yuzu peel is listed as the third most abundant ingredient but that's probably because salt is listed twice. If total salt had been listed once it would have been the third most abundant ingredient. Yuzu should be listed first if it's Yuzu Kosho.Overall this is just an OK hot sauce that isn't Yuzu Kosho. It is priced, however, as if it was. I won't repurchase this product. It's way too expensive for a sub-par product.

This is my absolute favorite hot sauce! It's spicy enough without being TOO spicy and the flavor itself is great. I just wish it came in a bigger container!
