I bought this for lower back decompression to supplement going to the chiro and paying for their decompression table, which has worked but is expensive. This product is way more effective than I thought it would be!!! It’s really solid and very cushioned so armpit pain is minimal. Yes, you can only hang from it for a minute or so but that is to be expected. I’ve been getting up from my chair during work throughout the day to hang for a minute or on this and it’s working fantastically!!! The similar product my chiro recommended was $400 so the price of this one is more that worth it!! It’s quality and works better than expected.

You don’t feel like you are going to fall with this. Very durable and easy to use. Give your back a break from time to time and decompress.

it is not what you see in the picture, the main picture is misleading. The door-bar is NOT included. So, I had to spend another $20 to be able to use it. You cannot use it as it is.

Literally just got this 10 minutes ago. Setup was easy on my pullup bar. The instructions are clear, but the pictures could be a bit bigger. Snap/Crackle/Pop time!I find leaning back gives the most relief vs facing front. Way better than foam rolling on my back, and I will be limiting chiropractor visits after using this!
