This chair looks great and is so comfortable. The head rest can be adjusted up or down for comfort.

This is a re-do of a review on the transaction / CS experience with this purchase. Unfortunately, the unit did not work well. Once in a while, even when the product has been very successful and popular, there maybe a lemon item in a rare occasion (just like, it happens on any other machines). I consider our case was one of such type. While we needed to explain the issue in details(multiple email comms) and with a video clip to clearly show the issue, once the company understood the situation on this particular item, they offered a refund and omit the burden of returning this large item from our end. So, we get to keep it. Since this unit has sticky glide issue which would not work for our elderly user, we will donate the unit to give a second chance. At the end, CS team was attentive to solve the situation. Thank you,

Comfortable for hours of lounging. I'm especially happy with the comfort level because I am short and wide, and not all loungers fit my body. The headrest slides up and down to adjust for your height. The chair fabric doesn't bow and squeeze your body; there are no uncomfortable spots where the supports rub or poke, and the fabric is smooth and non-irritating.Small critique: it would be nice if the side tray attachment folded up along with the chair. It's a bit finicky to attach and detach, but you get used to the required motion.

Would give it 0 stars overall if I could. I am not a small guy, but at 260, I thought the 400 rating would suffice, however in less than 30 days after purchase, one of the locking mechanisms exploded into pieces while I was laying in the chair. It threw me back in the opposite direction with enough force to twist the frame of the chair and nearly drop me on my head. Very disappointing. While it lasted, I would suggest that it is a very comfortable chair and I felt secure in it. Worse though, is the customer support I have not received. I email the vendor the day it happened. Their reply assured a quick response, but i have not heard a peep. See photo of the track from the locking mechanism that blew apart.

I purchased this as a portable alternative to a massage chair. I added a massaging cushion and now my elderly father prefers this over his bed and sofa. It is easy for him to recline, i do wish the lock was easier for him to get used to, there was a big learning curve because the lock exists on both sides and the lever isn't big or easy to operate.
