I live in a log cabin in the mountains. My water comes from a spring at the base of the mountain behind me. It rivals any spring water that comes bottled, but it does pick up silt at the pump. I installed a whole house filter system to remove the silt. These filters fit, do the job, and are economical. I've ordered them numerous times.

Got these on discount so best price compared to buying at the local hardware store. They fit and time will tell. I have used Wastts brand in the past but can't find them anywhere in Canada. The Watts were 20 microns and these are 30. time will tell but so far they are working.Update July 2025, bought 2 more packages on prime day for 26% cheaper than almost 2 years ago. The filters are lasting and of pretty good quality.
