These are amazing. Taste is not bad, Recommend water to wet them first or you'll choke on the powder. These have been a vital part in overcoming my insomnia and sadness. Since I started taking them I fall asleep by 10pm (used to be 4am).

I like the idea that these disolving tablets absorb better than a pill but before I finished the bottle they were turning into powder.

If you want the good mood effect of Sam E, than your looking in the right place. It works well at 100mg (split in half) for me. I'm sensitive to medications or supplements. I use it with an SSRI because I'm treatment resistant. The taste is not perfect, but who cares. I just chew it up, let it rest in my mouth for a while, and then swallow. It seems go into my bloodstream quickly. Without it my SSRI doesn't work well. Talk your Doctor first before using it with any other meds. Very good stuff.

This product seems to be a good product but it doesn't taste very good. I got it to give to my daughter because she is too young to swallow capsules. She tried it once and won't eat it again. I tried it and it wasn't very good. it needs to be sweeter. If they improve the flavor, I would purchase again.

First, let me say that "Easy to Swallow" on a melting/sublingual tablet that is made too large to swallow kind of sets the product up to fail. this product also is not intended to reduce pain, unless you count mental and emotional pain, so that is also a rather stupid thing to put there. Amazon needs to tailor these things if they want the product to get 5 stars when it is good, which this product is.--Flavor was not bad to me, but I did not buy it to be candy. I realize it matters to many people, and may take some time to adjust to. Taking a small or half dose in mornings might be the best way to start out, maybe on weekends in case it interferes with sleep for you. Gave it 5 stars because it was not awful like many meds and meltaways.--I am not a young thing, and I have a lot of meds to take and not so much time. I kinda chewed and then just swallowed it down. Not a big deal. Clearly, tablets are the wrong size to swallow and are meant to slowly dissolve in the mouth or under the tongue. TIP: Possibly they could be dropped in a blender and mixed into a shake or smoothie for those who are really having issues but need to be on this medically. Three stars because I'm in the middle on this ridiculous question.--Pain relief? Nope. I manage my depression, and taking this means I can take less of the prescription drugs. If I run out of the RX, this can actually keep me covered for a day or two if I take more. However, to be fair to the product, I will interpret this as "emotional pain and anxiety" and gave it 5 stars.However, the reason I bought this was because I have found that dogs can take Sam-E for anxiety and mild depression. While one of mine is fine taking a pill or capsule in a treat, the other is a huge dog who manages to carefully parse apart anything I give him to remove medications. I decided that this, in a pill pocket, might seem like a "treat". So far, it is working for him. He's 125 pounds and a small amount seems to help.Also: glad there is no xylitol in it, which is poisonous to pets.SAM-E does many things for us, and finding the right form may be a challenge. I was not truly aware of it for many years, and I am skeptical of supplement claims. However, during the Obama years, I had a comprehensive blood test done (could afford it in Texas back then) and it actually told me that my genes which indicate I could be susceptible to depression (I already was diagnosed) mean I will benefit from B complex and Sam-e supplements. I began taking those in the mornings and really felt a difference. So, in short, if you have been told you need this and this product is not the one, keep trying. I like this one, and it can be put in a smoothie, chewed, washed down with a beverage, etc.

Realized after buying this that it has awful ingredients so I never even tried it. My husband used it a few times and said it increased his focus and productivity, but the ingredients are a no for me. I should’ve read the label.

I have tried Sam-e a few times previously in capsule and tablets. Each time I would experience some boost in mood, but soon after, a pretty terrible lockdown on my digestive system that I just couldn't seem to troubleshoot. I was looking for a liquid variety of Sam-e and came across this sublingual, figured I'd give it a try.I take only 2 tabs in the morning each day, so a fairly low dosage. I have had a good turnaround in mood, without any affect on my stomach! I have been using these tabs for about 2 months or so now and still no stomach issues. Being able to take Sam-e this long, even though a low dose, seems to be bringing my spirits to a more steady state. I have begun to take this more intermittently and the effect still seems to remain, so may begin to ween myself off. Overall I've had a great experience so far and would recommend this to anyone who has previously run into stomach issues with Sam-e.

My anxiety has really gone down, not to mention that my mind isn't forgetful anymore. I think much clearer and feel much calmer. I never thought a vitamin could help with anxiety or even help with forgetfulness. I will certainly be buying these on a regular basis. Im giving it a 4 start because the cost is pretty expensive for just one month supply.
