I’ve taken a lot of different brands of pre-workout. This one is really good. Maybe a little heavy on the caffeine, but definitely a liquid motivator for me.

Absolutely love the effect it has on you once you take it u stay focused in ur zone but if ur an ich junky don’t recommend bc u won’t feel it but really good for energy n focus

I never write reviews but I tried this pre workout a few months ago & I will be honest, I'm a recovering addict from way back of the heavy stuff, so nothing works on me especially for energy. But this stuff is by far the best I've ever had in my life!! Also it didn't give me that cheap energy feeling. It made ne fill good & focused!! Must buy trust the addict!!
