What is the composition of the material? What are they made of since it describes them as better then Egyptian cotton?

Is flat sheet 100 percent cotton

It is not cotton. It is microfiber, a man-made fabric. It’s extremely soft, smooth and comfortable. I prefer this to cotton. It doesn’t wrinkle, keeps you either warm or cool, requires no ironing (my grandmother used to starch and iron her sheets!) and mine don’t pill. Much nicer feeling and looking than cotton.
