I was buying cerave before this, but I found cerave to be a little too dry for my skin type. I have combination skin that is on the dry side. I really like this product because it’s creamy feeling and moisturizing. It feels moisturizing going on, and it feels moisturizing when it’s absorbed in the skin. It’s just really great. It doesn’t feel watery or thin. It’s perfect. I love it. It doesn’t have all of the same ingredients that cerave has, but I have found that I can use other products and layer them with this product. For instance, I use the ordinary hyaluronic acid as a base and then I put some vitamin C serum on top and then put this SPF over those two and it works fantastically. There’s no weird peeling or anything like that and that’s what I really like about this product as well. I can layer it and there’s no issues that I’ve seen. I also have issues with cystic, acne and hormonal, acne, and this product does not cause any issues for me in that area and that’s also a win. When I first put it on, it does look white, but it will absorb into the skin and look normal once it gets a few minutes to just sit there. I haven’t noticed any stickiness either and that’s also important to me because I don’t really like sticky feelings from my SPF or lotions. Like I said before it’s just very very creamy and I love it.
