Well let’s just say that when playing pool the balls tend to favor a specific side of the table. Finally figured out why. The damn surface slopes down 4 millimeters causing the balls to continuously roll to the end and stay there. There is no fixing it unless it’s resurfaced. The damn balls keep rolling into the pockets. Also the laminate is peeling on all the corners!!! This should not be happening as I’ve only had the table put together for only a couple of weeks. It’s like the glue that was used was cheap!!!I’m so disappointed after spending $2,000 plus shipping On this thing!!!!! I wish I could return it but the time to disassemble and repackage the table is just too much. DEFINITELY NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!

This pool table is extremely heavy! The product was delivered via 48’ LTL, driver was professional; it took 3 of us to get it in the house. It was very easy to put together. Again, the table is very heavy. Flipping it over is difficult but 2 people can manage.

Ours came with the top of the table being crushed. I reached out to customer service and they shipped a new one within a day or two! The item is very solid and seems sturdy. It’s a good 400 lb delivery so it’s not light by any stretch. I will update after we get the new table if there are any issues but from what I’ve seen of the old one it’s very sturdy. And I’m pleased with their customer service.

Shipping to Florida only took 10 days. Assembly took less than 3 hours. Legs can be done by one person, but second person needed to help put table on top of legs. However, quickly discovered table was not flat. Balls curve towards all the cushions, so no amount of leveling can fix. It's subtle, but I think the whole surface is undulates with very small hills and troughs, which you see particularly as balls slow down, and start curving noticeably, sometimes suddenly shifting abruptly in a different direction just before they stop. At $2200 - similar to a used slate table with professional refurbishment - I was expecting table to be completely flat so balls move in a straight line until they hit something. So this makes it a toy really. I had a $200 7' table as a kid that played much straighter than this. The reason I didn't get a slate table was because our subfloor might not support it (slate tables are around 800 lbs, this is less than 300 lbs). Customer service was excellent though, assured me this was a one-off. I sent them videos, they refunded money. No complaints. Still good for table tennis, and dining table. Hopefully this was indeed a one-off, and other customers get tables that are flat/play straight.

Looks great but the surface is not even and definitely slopes to one side. Corners are already flipping up. Put some plastic corner protectors on it to try and stop it. You can also tell the felt is not going to last long. For $2k we expected more, but I’m certain the company knows once it’s put together there’s no way people are returning due to how large it is.

We love the table/pool. Very well made. Looks great as a table. But because of the depth of the table, we needed to get higher cushioned chairs. We ended up with one that’s about 20” so be prepared to spend more money for the chairs.
