Ordered 2 chairs, one inferior to the other: Armrests loose so you have to keep tucking them in. more uncomfortableReclining mechanism VERY stiff although it has improved slightlySeat pads very thin on bothNo care instructions given so no idea about cleaning although the fabric is soft.Company gave me a small refund but wish I hadnt missed the 30 day return limit

Very poorly made
It was very poorly made, not easy to assemble, not comfortable, and the seating area was very poorly made, it was insufficiently padded.

Comfy but the lever is quite stuff, it didnt soften up, it broke instead.
You get what you pay for. I'm happy with mine, except for the lever that broke.

Mechanism for reclining very stiff
Arms don’t stay put and now recliner mechanism snapped so can’t recline any more. Bought 2 one ok and one not not had them very long.
