My daughter is 13 but only weights 79lbs and 5ft tall I got a 10and fits perfect hope that helps

I mean its up to you assuming you being the legal gaurdians/parents to allow it and that it causes no harm to the wearer?? Ultimately I see no issue with it I can't speak for the other askers situation I've seen children do dress up so yes I think it's ok.

Some of the studs have already fallen off!

The gymnastics leotard fits well and the design is very nice however the studs will not last. Already 10 of them were missing and dangling when opening the package. Expecting to have most of them fall off after washing the leotard.🙁
