Moog TB-15 Theremin Amplifier for Etherwave

Very happy with the Moog TB-15!!!! Sounds GREAT with my Yamaha DX7 and Korg Triton ProX . Plenty of volume for home practice and works in a small venue. The sound is very crisp and clean. Quite an improvement over my previous 25 watt guitar amp (which works well for a guitar). For the size of the speaker and the amount of power in the unit, it is a GREAT value. The only con I can see about it is that I miss the storage area in the bottom of my previous amp. I would purchase it again and recommend it HIGHLY without hesitation.

I really have no idea what possessed to suits at Moog to decide to rebadge a $40 Chinese keyboard amp and sell it as the official companion to one of their products. Moog as a company has a reputation as the best of the best in the electronic music industry. It was literally unimaginable to me that a Moog amp would be anything other than phenomenal Moog engineering.It remains one of my most disappointing music purchases; and I occasionally consider calling the company and asking for an apology.It's really that bad.

This amp worked well and has given us no problems over the last 7 months. It has plenty of power for practicing, solo theramin performances, or for duets with a piano etc. If you play with a band, you'll need something with more power.We tried the Moog theramin with a Mesa Boogie tube amp, and it sounded amazing. The quality of this amp in the $100 range does not compare to a $10,000 tube amp, surprised?

Works as it should and produces acceptable sound. Who can ask for more? There is nothing exceptional about the Amp., but it works well so no reason to downgrade it.

My theremin sounds so beautiful with the aid of this compact and light weight amp, it is really quite powerful and easily adjustable
