THIS LITTLE TWEETY IS A LIFE SAVER!!!
This here horn has GOT to be the best thing out there. It sounds like a policeman's whistle and is super loud. Awesome!!!! I frequently ride at night and despite the fact that I am usually lit up like a Christmas tree moving down the bike lane, people will run stop lights, pull out in front of me, or misjudge how fast I am going and try to get in front of me. But no more! With a sharp, authoritative TWEET, a driver now hears, brakes, looks all around them for the traffic cop -- and by that time, I have escaped death yet again. It is an amazing little gadget, easy to put on and take off for use on other rides, and you just push the little button to blow! If a driver is looking the other way down the street and hasn't seen you, just give a light, quick press for a tiny, short warning tweet or a long, angry TWEEEEEET in response to the redneck truck's angry horn with half his tire edging into the bike lane. At any rate, this little TWEETY has saved my life MANY times. This is the ticket to get someone's attention. I got one for all my bikes and my little scooter.

Highly Recommend!
I had one of these way back in the day.It is a very loud, obnoxious horn, and is certain to get folks' attention.I would suggest one also get a cheery, friendly bell or beeping horn. This is not what you want to use to casually let someone know you're coming up behind them...it's more of an angry, emergency type thing.I got another one recently, and it still functions the same. The cord was too short on the old models, and it isn't much longer on the new ones, so plan on having the main body of the horn close to the button.Highly Recommend!

A Necessary Safety Appliance For A Serious Bike Rider on Paths Chock Full of Wandering All Over the Path Earbud Driven Zombies
I live on the DC Metro bike path network. One of my problems is that everybody on just about every path, no matter how wide, and what time of year...winter spring, summer and fall, wears earbuds turned up full blast.Unfortunately, even if I crawl up to them, as they either ride or jog along, they can't hear any bicycle bell, or even me, if I yell out.So for our mutual safety, I attached one of these to my Terra Trike Frame. And just like a train driver does when he sees someone on the tracks far ahead, I hit the button for a small honk. And yes the honk is shrill and quasi obnoxious, as it is meant to be.Yes it works and yes I sometimes get snarly faces back, because I disturbed somebody's earbud driven rapture. But at least we don't collide.I totally recommend this product.

Not as loud as it should be
Yeah it's loud and annoying, but it's not 105 dB loud as advertised and started on the packaging. I've purchased these in the past, and those were loud. I work in manufacturing maintenance and mount mine on my tricycle. You can barely hear this horn from a few feet away whereas before you could hear me across the floor. Also after only 3 days of use, the button cord has a short in it. I can wiggle the cord and beep the horn.Maybe mine is a fluke this time around. It does mount really easy and is nice to have a horn with a button instead of the clown horn. Lol.

Its worth it!
This thing works well with communicating a unique sound that can be head by pedestrians with headphones. The only issue I don’t like is the rubber strap used to secure it and the button. Its a thin soft rubber. Requires one 9v battery. I like having it.

Not bad but sounds like a smoke detector
This Mega Horn is small and compact and is powered by one 9 volt battery. The elastic straps are great for connecting to your bicycle frame and handlebar. When you press the button, you do get a fairly loud sound, the only caveat is that it sounds more like a smoke detector in a house than an automotive related horn noise. This is great for alerting other cyclists and pedestrians on a trail or sidewalk for example. It is of less use when trying to alert other automobile drivers as I suspect they often mistake the noise for some other sound. Some drivers seem to take notice and others do not. Overall, I would recommend for the casual cyclist who does not do a great deal of road riding.

2nd one quit working after a month just like the first one
The idea here is great. Sound is plenty loud, mounting is straight-forward; however, the execution isn't there. The first one worked great for almost two months, then quit working at all. Too late to return it. I thought it was a fluke, and at $22, I'd try another one. Just over a month and this one quit working as well. Yes, I've tried fresh batteries. Very disappointed. Can't return this one either.

Meh...not great not toally terrible
Not a blaster, not a horn for the open road. not too expensive. But if you want to stop a driver from pulling out from the side of the road in front of you, etc., then you need a loud horn, like an Air zound. This is good for nudging someone from behind on a path or you know, bzzzz bzzz.
