I love the weight of the blanket I purchased the one with tan stars. I love that it is different a different color on each side. It also is a very generous size. So often “king size” just barely covers the entire mattress and sides. This one fits and still has at least 12 to 15 inches hanging down. It is soft and just the right thickness for summer. A really great blanket. Comes with specific instructions for cleaning. Another little surprise was the eat it came with a ribbon wrapped around it.

From the moment the packaged arrived (days sooner than expected), I had only pleasant surprises. I was surprised to see a king-sized blanket come in such a small box. A neighbor commented, "That must be a lightweight blanket." Indeed, it is and that's what I wanted. I was quite pleased that the packaging made this gift quality, wrapped in a nice satin ribbon and bow inside a zipped plastic bag. Once I opened the item, I was especially surprised how soft the blanket it. I washed the item and was pleased how it held up during the delicate and gentle wash and dry cycles. When I placed it on the overthick queen sized mattress I now own (15" in height, I was pleased with the drape over the edges. But the real test was how I slept with it, no sheet, just the blanket on a summer night in my air conditioned bedroom. Just perfect. Even the cat slept well on it. I highly recommend this item to anyone wanting a summerweight blanket.
