This seed worked really well for me! It grew fast, it attracted deer and they seemed to enjoy it. My only complaint is that the price is a little high but it still worked great!

We've had great success with whitetail institute seed. The packaging is good and holds up. The seed is viable and we had excellent germination. Probably equally, if not more important is that you test and understand your soil. Use their testing kits, follow the recommendations and you'll see results.

The seeds were blue,but whatever.So I tilled some I’m grass in the backyard. I really just made a few holes and wrapped a ton of weeds around the tiller. Then threw out the blue seeds and lime I put out about a month ago, BUT NOTHING ELSE. If you do use 0-6-30 no nitrogen. Clover makes its own!!! So I have clovers all over my backyard but they will only eat the chicory 🥬 and the clovers I put out. Those pictures are at 2 pm in SC and it was 92 Degrees!!!! Deer don’t get up in the day to feed ???? Unless they love it and it taste so good!!!

I used this in my food plot last year and the deer used it all winter. Now both deer and turkey both are in it, so I purchased more to fill in some bare spots I missed last year

I used this to establish a base for my food plot and stop soil erosion. When it was time to plant in September, I just drill oats and brassica right in. The deer seem to eat the chicory, give the clover a chance to establish.
