Works well but not after removing it. Once the it sticks it won't separate again.

I had surgery in May 2021. The surgery left me with a scar that is very noticeable. I also would have intermittent pain at the scar site which could get quite severe. I talked to my surgeon at my six-month follow-up and he recommended me to use silicone strips to help reduce the scar and the pain I had in that area. I decided to take his advice and use the strips instead of having another surgical procedure at this site. I have used this product since January 8, 2022. I have worn it 24 hours a day since then. I have no pain now from surgical scar site; I am not sure when my intermittent pain stopped but I am glad it is gone. I have showered with this product on and it has not affected the adherence. I use it on all my scars now because it is easy and painless. I just cut the strip a bit bigger than the scar that I want to cover. The strip color blends with my skin so it is not readily noticeable to the naked eye. I change the strips only when they start coming loose from the skin. I look forward to seeing how my scars look in July 2022. Just the pain resolution that I have in that one surgical scar is worth the price of the strips!

I had abdominal surgery 6 weeks ago and my surgeon recommended that I start using silicone scar tape for my scar. I browsed around and finally came across Aroamas silicone scar tape. I read the reviews and decided to try this. I’m so glad I did! The tape is sticky but does not leave any residue, it stays on even after removing it everyday to shower. It lasts for 2 weeks just like the package says. This is my second purchase and I’m already seeing a difference with my scar. It’s much flatter and less dark. I can’t wait to see how it will change after a few more weeks. I will be back to purchase more!

I've been using these silicone sheets for about a month now. I still have a couple of months to go but have seen some slight changes already. I have a hypertrophic scar on my knee which doesn't make it an ideal place for these scar sheets since I'm always bending my knee so the sheet kept rolling off. As a solution, I have to apply a bandage on top with a knee brace to help flatten it down, so far so good! The silicone sheet itself are easy to apply and clean up if you get any fabric residue on it. It's also important to note these are made from 100% silicone gel so they are legit. Would recommend!
