Excellent, works well & is durable. IT DOES HOWEVER RUN SMALL. I’M USUALLY 2XL, BUT I ORDERED 3XL WHICH IS A BETTER FIT. I would have had to return the 2XL.

I bought this sauna suit for my cousin and he found it very useful in his spinning classes. It is well done, it is comfortable and it really fulfils its role of making it sweat. It looks strong and durable, much more than similar ones. The value for money is very good. Just take into account the issue of sizes, as they may vary a little, but in general it is a successful and effective purchase for both indoor and outdoor training.

Wore this suit under my sweats to the gym for a couple months. The suit is great. You are definitely going to sweat. Material is pretty durable and handle my movements in the gym. My only complaint is, there is no draw string or Velcro to tighten the ankles/wrist. I have some suits in last that had Velcro and it worked to keep sweat from dripping everywhere. Without, I literally left a trail of sweat through the gym lol

My husband got this for working out, he loves it! It definitely helps his sweat much more than he normally would. After a good workout he is dripping in sweat!

Very nice and heats up in seconds. I used to run because sometimes I go running and I never sweated but with this if I sweat a lot it's excellent

I love it. It helps reduce water retention and keeps the sweat coming. Just drink plenty water with intense workouts.

I like it bc you do sweat. The only down side is.. HARD TO TAKE OFF

j'utilise pendant mes entrainements. ça chauffe bien et le matériel est TRÈS résistant. J'en ai eu d'autre qui se déchiraient au bout de 2 - 3 fois, mais celui la ........SUPER bien fait ! Je recommande

Love this as an alternative to a waist trainer. It makes me sweat way more, allows me to engage my core better than with a waist trainer (since there’s no restriction) and I burn twice as many calories during a workout. I usually wear a large in shirts, but after reading the comments, I sized up to an XXL. It’s a little big on me, but I like that it’s loose. If you prefer a looser fit, definitely size up 2 sizes.

The sweat ran into my shoes. Super good suit, definitely recommended!

These feel like very good qaulity, well made and not at all rubbish. I am 5ft 3 and a fatty. Weighing 13st9 and size 16 ish. I bought xxl I think and they're a good fit on my fat ass. Able to move around and bend ect ok withoughtout worrying about my butt popping out the suit through ripping. The first night I used this whilst I walked slowly on my treadmill whilst watching a movie, I didnt do vigorous excersise and the sweat was pouring out of me. It works well. I also slept in it to see what that was like, I woke feeling cold as I had sweat so much and been cooling in the yuck. The 2nd time I used it recently I used it again on my treadmill except this time I really pushed myself and oh my word, this thing really does work, disgusting i know but the sweat actually started dripping out of the suit onto dripping onto the floor in droplets, I ran my hand over my back and it was like I had put my hand under a running tap. You want to sweat, then it will work no matter what you do or Don do whilst wearing this thing.
