I've had these for over 6 months now and wanted to wait and be sure these were the real deal before I wrote a review. And they are! I'm slowly working my way towards the advanced band, but I'm so thankful I got these! They have flexible, comfortable fabric, so I can have them against my bare skin and they don't roll up and cut off circulation or take forever to adjust. I use them all the time and am thankful I got them!

Like how the bands have different elasticity and also came with a booklet with exercises .. very nice!!

Babbbbby when I say these things are the truth PLEASE don’t let the price fool yuh! These bad boys are definitely a permanent routine in my workout regimen. I just started working out so these are great for beginners not to mention the labels! now stop reading and go buyyyyyy!!!

These Bands are really thick and nice quality the three sizes are perfect in my opinion and they also come with a little bag to carry them . Love them and rly nice quality for the price
