Black / Cyan / Magenta / Yellow Dell Multi-pack Cartridges for Dell 3110, Dell 3110CN, Dell 3115, Dell 3115CN

I was hesitant at first in purchasing non-Dell toner cartridges but the price difference was too enticing. I was worried the toner cartridges might not work properly because I'd seen reviews where other 3rd party products have had problems. The toner cartridges were shipped promptly and they have worked flawlessly. A great product at a great price.

These cartridges were a very good price. The quality isn't manufacturer grade mind you and there's some truth to getting what you pay for, but overall if you can't afford $250.00 for a full-color multi-pack of toner cartridges these make for a decent substitute if you're in a pinch or until you can budget for something that's better quality. It took a long time to get these shipped to me so don't wait until the last minute BUT, overall, I would do business with this company again. They are a fair group of people, very courteous and you have to know that you're not going to get "Premium Quality" for something that's half the price of comparable brands. If you realize that going into the transaction then you won't be disappointed.

Bought the 4 color set. black worked fine, yellow fine. Later, went to put in cyan and magenta and the toner was all over theindividual packages. Magenta streaked heavily, and cyan wouldn't work at all.

The cartridges worked for several months and then developed severe lines caused by all the drums developing deep scratches in them. No, we do not reuse paper with staples in them! The Dell cartridges never had this issue. Now, all my cartridges need replacing well before the ink has run out.

I don't think they should be mixed and matched with the factory cartridges though, as we have multiple Dell color laser printers, and they did not like that.

I have tried several refurbished cartridges for my Dell 3110cn color laser. These are the first that have all worked. Usually I wind up throwing away a new refurbished cartridge because the chip doesn't read and it is beyond the return date. This time they all worked, and the price was exceptional. Highly recommend.

The cartridges are compatible with my printer however, out of the 4 which arrived, 2 of them had broken tabs.These tabs are essential as they are what tell the printer that the cartridge is inserted.In order to avoid the return process and delay the important work I had to complete, I used tape to reattach the tabs and the printer is working fine so far.I would suggest placing the cartridges with protective styrofoam over the tabs as it would minimize the risk of snapping off as these did.The individual "air pocket" packing bags would surely have protected them.I suspect the tabs were broken at the packing stage of my order because the packing materials seemed to be superior to any other I have seen from other companies.Shipping time was acceptable.The cartridges had minimal toner on the outside and I used a Swiffer duster to clean what was there.Toner will always escape somewhat as it is very "fine." This I had expected.If not for the broken tabs I would have given 5 stars.If I didn't have Scotch Tape handy, you would've gotten 1 star. Lol.

Well I was happy to save a lot of money *at first* but despite the 60% full status the black doesn't work at all. Not cool - I now need to order black for something today and don't have a spare because I thought we had plenty.
