Perfectio by Zero Gravity Silver

I have had this 14 days. It overheats. So hot it cannot touch my skin. I cannot return or exchange for a working device. Shoulda bought it inexpensively on ebay so if it didn't work I wouldn't care about $1200

I used the device for the last month and i have really good results i was surprised! Make sure you use it at least 15 minutes each day.

I bought mine in a spa in a mall…what they don’t tell you is that if you have certain diseases like lupus or even taking anti inflammatory medications, it can cause damage to you skin cells.Just educate yourself before you invest in this product. I was on anti inflammatory meds and she still sold it to me…till I finally looked into it. Also be careful not to go to close to your eyes can damage your eyes. This is with all of these led lights. Not just this make. Over all it did help with the texture and pores of my skin.

BAD PRODUCT

I had mine since 2017 and used it 2 times per week during that period. To me it worked! Marionette lines diminished, as did laugh lines. Unfortunately, the machine will not hold the charge and I’m looking to replace it. My finances are not the same as then, so I’ll replace it with a much more reasonable priced item. You know what the saying goes you get what you pay for. We will see

Interesting as I was told this was a lifetime warranty. Apparently the sales staff doesn’t inform the customer that it will cost them plenty to extend the warranty I should have known this would happen, However when you pay as much as I did for a device and the “pitch”, one would expect the product to be first class from the company when purchased. $5K for something that doesn't hold a charge and has no company back-up is ridiculousWe all learn our lessons ~ some later than others. Sorry I ever purchased this expensive device. However, this gives me a reason to contact BBB and other online media regarding the untold story.

I purchased mine at a salon in 2017 for $5000. I was not great about using it so I can’t speak to its effectiveness. I can tell you that I was told to use it for 10 minutes in each quadrant that I wanted to treat. Mine currently is holding a charge for three minutes. I looked up about the warranty and it costs well over $100 shipping and handling. I have not tried to access the warranty at this time. I have to find my receipt.
