I really like this brand. I suffer with some degenerative bone and disc disease along with arthritis. I've been using curcumin for over a year and find it to be very helpful. I hated taking the traditional prescriptions of anti-inflammatories. They're hard on the liver and obviously are not 'natural'. I eat very clean and so like my supplements to be as well. This brand has become my favorite. I take a lot of supplements, so I appreciate the fact that I only need to take two capsules of this daily to achieve excellent results. I was on another brand that I needed to take three capsules daily. The dose was little higher, but I am finding that this 1500mg works well for me. The value for the 180 caps bottle is very good. I'm so happy with this brand that I have placed it on my subscribe and save list. Definitely a keeper.

I really like this product, I suffer from pains caused by scoliosis. At first I was taking once a day to see how it reacts to my body. I was still suffering from joint and pain pain so I took 2 and within hours I felt such a difference. Had been advised by Dr to begin taking Turmeric supplements as it can boost immune system, which I had been doing for a couple of months. I started having indigestion shortly thereafter. It wasn't until I went to re-order that I noticed in the comments that this is not that uncommon. I figured I would switch to this formula, and I have noticed that it is a bit easier on my digestive system. Still have a bit of indigestion, but significantly less than previously used supplement.

This was my second order of this brand of tumeric and circumin. I have noticed that when I take this, my diabetic neuropathy seems to decrease in intensity, and some nights this is all I take to get to sleep. Before I ordered it, I did research on it, and this was one of the highest levels of circumin available. According to the US National Institute of Health, circumin is the most important part of the tumeric, and it is backed up by research for efficacy for neuropathy. I am no expert, but if you have neuropathy and circulation issues, you should try this product.

Following a friends recommendation I have been taking the twice a day dosage for a month now and can hardly believe the difference in my pain levels!From taking prescribed nsaids plus paracetamol three times a day for almost three years (with barely any relief some days) for hip and knee pain from arthritis and tendonitis with some referred back pain from disc damage. I’ve bought these a couple of times. The product itself seems ok but the most recent order was very disappointing. When I opened the bottle, all the capsules were covered in turmeric powder..... so yellow dust went everywhere! I have white quartz worktops, so this is a nightmare. I now have to open the bottle over the sink and wash my hands immediately, to avoid staining everything yellow. This is so annoying as I’m a clean freak and this stuff can stain.
