I BOUGHT THIS BIKE AROUND 10 MONTHS AGO. I HAD AN ISSUE WHEN I RECIEVED IT BUT THE SERVICE PERSON WAS AWESOME. HE EMAILED ME BACK AND WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME FOR I WAS UPSET BUT I CAN TELL YOU THIS COMPANY AND THIS PERSON WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THIS BIKE HAS BEEN AWESOME AND IS FAST AROUND 30MPH AS ADVERTISED AND NO ISSUES AFTER ALMOST A YEAR NOW. THE BATTERY LAST A LONG LONG TIME AND I GO ABOUT 40 MILES WITHOUT PEDALS.....MAYBE MORE. RECHARGES AND AT IT AGAIN. IM GOING TO BUY A FEW MORE IN A FEW MONTHS.

Stay away... No brakes doesn't go as fast as the description states.. the description states how fast and far it can go with no one riding it. Returned the bike after never even riding it as i thought it was unsafe. Having to fight for a refund now.... still havent gotten it. Been months

Writing this review after putting in some serious miles on the bike. I have about 500 miles now in just two month. Just day one on receiving this I already needed to fix the bike due to charging port breaking loose during shipping. There was no way for me to charge the bike without taking the battery completely out. My second issue is the folding mechanism on the handle bar the lever which allows me to fold it away with ease "It's too loose causing it to rattle during riding sessions" and third was front break it would hitch during banking on corner during high speed. All of this was resolved with the seller communicating with expedience. I was lucky to be mechanically inclined to deal with all the issues.Another quirks that I'm aware of is the battery dropping from 100% to 70% after 15 min of use and the battery going back up to 90% after releasing the throttle. My only concern it's hard to determine how much charge I have left.I'll continue to update this every 500 miles or if something else breaks.

This is an updated review. I was having a minor issue with my new Sinar bike. I had tried to reach out to Sinar to seek help but I received no response. I actually had the wrong contact info. If you have an issue contact Sinar through Amazon and you will get prompt attention. The representative was there to help me solve my problem immediately and was both very nice and professional. My problem was handled in short order. I am happy to say that I have confidence in Sinar customer service and would have no issue purchasing another Sinar Bike.Now, as far as this bike goes, I really like it. It is a quality product and is very fun to drive. I am very happy with my purchase.

The is my 2nd ebike, my first one cost 999$. The sinar is noticeably nicer and faster.the bike came 99% put together and was packaged good. It has a pretty color display, great cruise control, fancy leather handle grips, and i really like how it is actually easy to pedal without power. The top speed for me at 150lbs was 28mph and the speedometer was -2 ,+2 mph accurate to my phone gps. 300 mile update. Every 60 miles i have to bleed the rear brakes which i absolutely don't like to do, and the brand of brakes is impossible to find parts for and i had to buy 2 universal bleed kits because of the odd brand. I wish they just put wire brakes. The top speed of these bikes is 28mph(checked with multiple gps) .

I've had this ebike now for four days and ridden every chance i had and so far it has met all that was advertised. Plenty of power,for me at 220lbs. The only bad things was the frame charge port isn't working and was shoved into the frame. Also there must be air in the rear brake line cause the adjustment is maxed out and i don't see any leaks but the brake lever pulls all the way to the grip.

This seller sell a broken bike.. the front brake don’t work… the kick stand don’t stay in place .. this seller is a scam.. won’t refund nor replace the parts.. don’t get scam people ..

I reconfigured the settings to 5mph@gear 1, 10mph@gear 2, 15mph@gear 3, 20mph@gear 4, 28mph@gear 5. on the lcd screen to change settings just hold down + and - you can reset your miles travel and other settings. I replaced the stock seat with riva rider, the rear shock with aoy-36rc, the bike tubes with 20x4.0 prefilled slime tubes.
