一部不良でした。
乾電池ボックスの金具が不良です。直列はいいのですが、並列につないでも電気がながれないので導線でつなぐ必要があります。商品の写真を見ると1枚目の小さな写真は届いた物と同じですが、3.4.5枚目の拡大した写真では並列でも電気が流れる仕様です。また、つないだ乾電池ボックスを外すのはとても大変で実用的ではないです。

Works ok, slide connection isn't good
These are fine. They work as they should, the only issue is that you're supposed to be able to slide the battery holders together, and that's not really workable. It's either too hard to do, or, once you get it together, it's extremely hard to get apart. If you just connect with the wires instead it's fine. Just an unfortunate Design flaw.
