These pants are a good fit and have pockets that are deep enough and an inseam that's deep enough so I like them so far. The only downside is that the fabric is not very soft. I fully expect that these pants will become extra comfy soft over time so I'm not worried about it. The waistband is not super tight elastic. It definitely is leaning towards the stretchy side but it also has a good inner drawstring so I'm not worried about it.

These are very comfortable. The material will pass for regular pants, which will be perfect for travel. They are lightweight, making them easy to wear, wash, and pack. I ordered these Hanes and another pair from Guiladan. The Hanes run a little large. I am ordering the large in Hanes and keeping the Guildan XL. The length is 30.5 to 31 inches, so you may need to hem up when you get them, but I'm excited to have these for travel. Add a collared shirt (polo style), and you will be set for almost any restaurant or event.
