Disappointing machine...
Having had excellent experience with an HP Envy 360 for the last 5+ years, I decided to invest in this supposedly higher category of HP laptops.The laptop seemed to be in brand new condition (though the "Intel i7 Core Inside" sticker had been already removed from the keyboard area raising the possibility that the laptop had been tampered with prior to the sale).After setting up, the laptop exhibited a serious software/hardware problem/defect, the screen keeps on automatically scrolling to the bottom, one cannot see the information on the top side of the screen and some buttons keep on flickering, accordingly it is unusable and I had to returnQuite disappointing when this is supposed to be the highest category of HP laptops.
