No funcionan, muy decepcionado del producto. Aparentan buena calidad pero el funcionamiento es deplorable.

The Drawer Slides from AOLISHENG are sturdy and well-made. However, the Mounting Instructions are flawed. In the first diagram showing the mounting orientation, (PG.2) - the INNER-most slide is shown mounted to the cabinet. That is incorrect. It must be mounted to the DRAWER, otherwise you will not be able to access the slide releases, to remove the drawer. The diagrams on PG.6 and beyond however ARE correct. But to avoid rework, ignore the first diagram. See picture provided.

I am a professional cabinet maker and woodworker. I am puzzled by this product. It looks well made. It’s solid. However, after installing an entire kitchen of these slides I’m left scratching my head. When the drawer has weight they do not handle well. They bind and are not smooth. Very inconsistent. My client is not happy. That makes me unhappy. More work for no more pay and doing a job over. I’m not sure what the issue is but they need r and d.

The follower keeps locking up and cause the unit not able to close, I have to pull the follower out to able to close the drawer, extremely annoying.I have installed many drawers sliders, this is not a user error, this is a product quality issue.Missed the return by 1 day.
