As a personal trainer who travels to clients as well as around the country, this is the perfect travel recovery set.The foam roller is solid and can handle my lower back issues, especially after a long flight or drive. As well as it is the perfect size to work out glutes, hamstrings, hips, and more.It also has the peanut massage ball that really helps with the myofascial release. I also love the spiky ball for my feet and the additional foam ball for tough to get spots like in between the scapula.The massage stick feels strong and of good quality. Perfect for rolling out the shins and calves.The stretch strap is also a great piece that really makes this the perfect recovery kit. Stretching is extremely important to recovery. But if you do not have someone to assist you it can become tough to get that deep stretch that is needed. So having a strap like the one provided has really been a great help.All in all I would recommend this kit. Especially when other kits can cost 2 to 3x as much. I ordered this set because I have a lot of back problems. This helps me with relieving so much pain. My husband uses it all the time after working out too to help his muscles not be so sore. We have been able to find so many different uses. It has a book too to help you know what to use it for and what items for what areas. I would highly recommend it. It even came in this amazing bag to carry it all around together!

As we know most gyms have closed due to the covid pandemic. Some are slowly starting to open with limited capacity. In the last year, I would still try to get some sort of exercise outdoors at the trails/stairs, however, it is not the same. I noticed my body was starting to get somewhat stiff, specifically the lower back and neck. I tried all kinds of stretching techniques and most routines required some sort of apparatus for increased benefits. This set has them all, hands down. I cannot complain. Whatever your issue is, whatever you need, it is all in there. This is something every home should have. There are unlimited uses, pre workout stretch, post workout, before bed, etc. I could go on and on. Definitely worth it!

We needed a foam roller set because a physical therapist told us to use it for my fiancé's low back and ITB on her hip/leg. We expected to get something good, but not as good as the physical therapist's roller. Well, turns out this set is actually as good, maybe even better than the physical therapist's. The large roll is the perfect size and perfect firmness for her and after just a couple of days of using it she says she can tell a big difference in her pain and symptoms. We also like the massage stick, I use that on her back and along with the foam roller she says it's amazing!

Unfortunately, All pieces feel like very hard styrofoam. Description does say extra firm though. Just wasn’t expecting it to be THIS hard. It does the job, but also leaves some soreness.
