Sturdy and easy to fit
Having previously bought a different type of cable entry bracket and been disappointed, I didn't have high expectations. But I needn't have worried. Having drilled a hole through the brick wall and as I was fitting one to a pebble dashed wall, I held the bracket up to the wall and drew a line around it. I then lightly chipped the stones off from within the lined area. I drilled 4 small holes in the plastic and marked their position on the wall. After drilling the wall and fitting plugs, I ran a thick bead of silicon around the edge of the bracket, leaving a small gap at the bottom for moisture to drain and screwed it to the wall. I found the brackets to be sturdy , unlike ones I had bought previously The solar cable pushed through the joint with ease and the nuts tightened up on the internal grommet perfectly.

Worked well, would use these again
Easy to install, although I would have preferred if they were pre-drilled or at least had dimples to start drilling for attaching to the roof. Easy to fix, but that was my only negative on these. Would recommend. Good price.

excellent quality
I recently installed the Restmo IP68 waterproof solar cable entry glands, and they work perfectly. The dual cable design keeps everything sealed and secure, even in bad weather. The build quality is solid, and they were easy to install. Iโd definitely recommend them for anyone needing a weatherproof cable entry solution.

2 pack solar cable entry glands (white)
Very happy with my purchase. Arrived as described. The quality of the materials exceeded my expectations. The housing is very solid, not flimsy. Difficult to distort by hand. Will be used on my travel trailers roof and side wall. Will update after install.

Wire entry cover. Exactly what they are.
These entry glands or wire entry ports are made from plastic. They have bulkhead sealing fittings on them. There are no silicone pads or sealants shipped with.. JUST AS IT STATED IN THE AD. They look to be made of sturdy and durable plastic for use outdoors. They were a great price for them as others were a considerable amount higher. Set your wires in.... crank the nuts down to seal them (I would hit the inside and out with some silicone before cranking down)... then use your silicone to seal it down to roof (or wherever you are putting them.... give them a day or so to cure and then hit the housing with silicone on outside to seal them more! Simple to install.... There are no seals or ways to bolt or seal it included. Just as it states! :)
