This is the third one of these clocks I have purchased. They are well worth the few dollars more, and here is why:1. All three of these clocks are still working great. One is several years old.2. They use two batteries - one for the light, and one for the clock.3. The light only stays on for a few seconds - just long enough to read at night.4. They have a built-in thermometer (F or C) to read the ambient temperature.5. They show the date and the day of the week.6. The buttons on back for setting are well marked and intuitive = you can lose the directions!7. The main time display numbers are 9/16" high = easy to read.

The display is easy to read and the size is just what I wanted. However, the batteries are either old or this simply does not work I spent more than an hour setting time, date, etc. Within a few minutes the clock resets itself to 12 and the month 1 and date 1. I have tried resetting three times now; the same result every time. It is not terribly expensive but it will be a waste of your money.

Readout a bit small to read across the room. Love that or small and packs easily. A great value seems to keep accurate time.

Looking at the other travel size clocks this one is made well. I picked white which is nice. Setting the time and F/C was easy. It is small so it doesn't take up much space. I actually put it on my bathroom countertop. I want to know the temperature and time while at the sink. You have to be looking straight at it to see the time. If you look at it from the side you can't see the time. I just turn it towards me to see it. The temperature seems to be off by at least a degree. Always warmer than it should be. The size is perfect for traveling.

The clock is easy to read, folds small and has all the functions we were looking for.

This is the cutest little clock in the world. It's easy to read, not too tough to set up, compact and travels well BUT....The alarm is so very, very quiet that you can barely hear it. If you're a reasonably sound sleeper there is no way in the world that this little guy is going to wake you up. It's a shame, too, because outside of that--you know, the main reason I bought it--it's a great little clock. The alarm volume is the reason for the two stars.

I had a very small space that I needed to put a clock and I chose this one. So far it has kept great time and was very easy to set. I did have to replace the batteries that came with it.

I bought this for the small size. That makes it great for traveling. But I have two big disappointments. I would get something else, but so far I haven't found a good replacement. 1st, the display is excellent in a lighted room, but the backlight is a problem. You have to be looking down on the display when backlit or it appears blank. If the clock is on a side table at roughly the level, because it tilts back on it's stand, the display is completely unreadable. You have to pick it up and tilt it toward yourself to use the backlight. The second issue is that the alarm volume is extremely low and high pitched. My wife has some minor hearing issues at high frequencies so she can't hear it at all. Even someone with normal hearing might not hear it if sleeping deeply and/or if there is much background noise.

Neither the supplier NOR Amazon are helping us to resolve this issue. Finally we are preparing papers to file in CONSUMER COURT, for supplying defective piece and not responding to warranty or replacing the same. The Alarm clock is already returned to supplier at our cost. We only got part refund of INR 99.oovery bad customer service, papers will be filed to both Amazon and the supplier.

Cheap product, with an alarm that's too quiet.Worst of all for a travel alarm, the buttons are on the outside when the clock face is closed so buttons get pushed & switched in transit.
