how much Li is in every pill?

Honestly I think it’s hard to tell. With this brand I could not do more than 1/4 tablet. Even that usually knocked me out cold with 30 minutes. I’ve tried other brands that say 5 or 10 mg elemental Li and they didn’t have that effect on me. I feel like this brand had a lot more of it in each tablet than other brands, which were usually capsules.

I use it for bipolar 2 with mood swings due to hormonal imbalances. Works better than any prescription they gave me...ive tried lithium carbonate...lamictal..to many aide effects. Anti depression medication...weight gain also..ive trued to many to list. I seen a naturapath dr and she suggesred i try these and after a couple days i  noticed the difference

They stuck a sticker on the directions section of the label. Directions came off with the sticker.  Can anyone give me the directions, please?

Mine came with a sticker, too. Underneath, it reads: "As an addition to the daily diet, take one tablet twice a day with  meals or as directed by your health care professional." Also: "If you are pregnant or a nursing mother, consult your health care professional before using this or any dietary supplement."

Can these tablets be cut in half easily?

Yes, these can be cut in half easily.  Specifically, they're soft enough to snap in half or quarters with your fingers.

There was a question of whether breaking them in half would affect absorption rates.   I don't believe it will because these tablets immediately dissolve in water, which means they'll immediately dissolve in your stomach.  I.e. there's no enteric coating on these pills, and they're not designed to dissolve slowly.
