Too flimsy.
I bought this for the plastic toothed one because I owned a similar tool before. The one I used to own had a lot more strength to the plastic. You could really get it down the drain and into any hair clogs. Not with these. The plastic is too flimsy/weak to get down any sort of drain angle. It just bends over and folds. It's like trying to push thread down the drain.

Helpful and frustrating
The orange drain cleaning tools would not come out once inserted. I was afraid I was going to have to call a plumber. After quite a bit of back and forth and patience it finally came out. Then I used the silver tool that opens and closes and every time I went in I was able to get more out. It was very helpful in cleaning out the master bath shower. Maybe the orange tools would work with a larger drain hole, but I'm still afraid it would get stuck and I would have the same problem so I'm not trying it.

Gets the job done, might be better options out there
Not as durable as I expected but it did get the job done... somewhat. Went from badly clogged to slightly clogged. Water no longer accumulates in my bathroom sink but it could drain a bit faster and I used all 3 orange tools. The silver tool was unfortunately too big to fit down my bathroom sink hole.

Low quality, couldn't get the job done
I had to clear a hair/fatburg from my tub. None of these devices could do the job. The orange bits could not reach, and the snake/grabber bent on the first use. Luckily I used the Green Gobbler solution to clear the fatburg without the tools.If you need these tools, invest a little more so you can get the job done.

Pretty decent
This is great, and after a few tries did actually work perfectly. It's just awkward, and the silver clasper claw does not fit into a regular fitted tub drain (it can't and won't be able to go to any angle fast enough). But yeah - it's great and I didn't keep the one I used because the little teeth bent, plus it's just not my thing - but it's fully recyclable.

Excellent service and product. For someone who at times get s hair etc in the sinkpipes this is easy to use and very effective, wonderfull.

It works, so easy to use I should have got this a long time ago. I used to use a bent coat hanger to pull out the hair in the bathroom sink but this works great.
