The Batman. The animated series. But not the on you’re thinking
This is possibly the most underrated series about Batman there is. Coming out in 2004 this was the one I grew up with. And boy didn’t this blu ray do it justice. Reformatting it into full screen really does enhance it. Having been animated originally for this format it’s very odd that the original dvds didn’t do the same thing. Instead cutting them down to 4:3. The story here is simple yet impactful with lots of fun rides yet also some really hard hitting drama. The blu ray really enhances its colour and design elements. Being more experimental than other Batman series since. If you love animated Batman. Then do check this out. Couldn’t be happier with this blu ray. Also it is region free so works right here in the U.K. very sad we didn’t get our own release of it. But at least we can still access it. There are a few special features which are interesting but as far as I’m aware nothing really new or at very least extensive for it. And the Dracula movie is unfortunately missing. But all 5 seasons are present and amazing. Definitely worth picking up

Expensive, but worth it.
This is the complete series of The Batman (2004) in full HD. If you're a massive fan of The Batman, like myself, then you will enjoy this. Unfortunately, this was never released in the United Kingdom, so the only way to get it is to import it, which is why it's so expensive.If you're looking to watch this outside of the US, don't worry, it will play on your Blu-ray player. I'm from the United Kingdom and I have no problem watching this.

Works in the UK
I can thankfully say that these disc work in the UK, I was so worried they wouldn't. Best Batman animated series, the opening theme is iconic, it was the one I watched growing up.

Underrated
One of the best animations for batman, darker in the augmentation of the characters and themes really driving the atmosphere of Gotham but vibrant voice actors / actresses with occasional humour.

Very underrated.
While nothing will ever match the heights of 'Batman: The Animated Series', this early 00's animated show, 'The Batman', does more than enough to earn it's place in the history of great shows based on the Dark Knight. It's very underrated in fact. Thankfully, this wonderful set also plays on my UK player, which is great because it's the first time the show has been made available in its entirety to UK audiences. Highly recommended!

Massive fan of the DC animated universe . I have every tv series ever released on blu ray .This is a great series , even though from a continuety point of view its slightly different fromestablished Dark Knight cannon .BUY THIS GREAT ANIMATED SERIES , A WORTHY ADDITION TO YOUR BATMAN BLU RAY COLLECTION .
