I was on the lookout for something to hold my iPad while flying my drone, so others could enjoy the view too. Honestly, I didn't expect much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised! This mount is super sturdy and keeps my iPad secure, which is a real relief since they're not exactly cheap. I love that it swivels in all directions, and being able to switch between horizontal and vertical has been so handy in so many situations. I've even used it to FaceTime my family while relaxing in my favorite chair! I attached it to a camera tripod effortlessly, thanks to the handy bracket. It’s a fantastic purchase for the price—I definitely recommend it!

This is perfect. I was looking for a way to prop up my 12.9-inch iPad on a mono stand to externally record webinars that are on my desktop screen. It was easy to do it with my phone, which is smaller, but I ran out of storage. So I decided to use my iPad. However, since the iPad was too large to prop up, this adapter is just what I needed.

As shown in the 2 included images, this product was flalely advertised as having a max length of 10.6in when opened fully. When opened fully it spans around 8.875i. I fond this only slightly disappointing as I am quite pleased with the product otherwise. VERY sturdy design and fits over my tablet case. Comes with a ball mount that when mounted to the back of apparatus, mounts nice and securely on tripod. Tripod and base plate not included.

Sturdy, well built, I expect it will last longer than my tri-pod.

Sturdy construction and thoughtful design. I replaced the included ball head with a pro-grade one. I like how you can dial in one side of the clamp with machine bolts, then squeeze the other side for spring-loaded quick release.

This product works great and holds your iPad. Very strong.

I would love to give this 5 stars...but you have to take any case off every time,really nice grip tho.

For awareness, this might not work with especially thick/"rugged" cases. I had to remove my Fire 8" tablet from its plastic prison in order to get it to hold... though fortunately I bought this more for use with a different tablet with a slightly thinner case (the Fire tablet was just handy so I wanted to see if it would fit).My other concern is that I wasn't comfortable with stretching the spring this uses too far (it's fine for taking out the tablet, but it seems to exert a fair bit of force when stretched too far that I don't know I would want applied to a tablet long-term), so it didn't feel like I could comfortably use this with a 10" tablet on the long direction. This might be me being overly-careful, though.The ball adapter that it comes with seems pretty mediocre quality as well, but I consider that a bonus anyways and it doesn't feel like it's likely to catastrophically fail or anything so no lost points from me.That being said, thus far (after a few hours of use) this seems to be plenty sturdy for holding phones and most 8-10" tablets, so I definitely like it.
