You can slip it all day long with or without sugar, milk etc. I regularly order it online or in any regular grocery stores with great value. I Have been ordering this tea for 5 years now since my local grocery store stopped caring it. I love it and everyone who tries it agrees. It's warming and has a feeling like you are drinking a smooth cup of milk coffee. But it's just a delicious decaf tea. I highly recommend you give this a try. I find that the shipping has sucked as of lately, It has been arriving in a bag or light cardboard envelope which crushes the box. This is an amazon problem not the product.
