This button forces voltage to be present from YESPER even when no voltage detected from target. The normal safety protocol requires target voltage to be detected before YESPER will supply voltage itself this safety is YESPER proving correct cable hookup. In my nobattery present jump the Vehicle started right up and remained running. Obviously, target vehicle died the instant I removed YESPER and I did not let YESPER stay connected but a few seconds.
