Good quality and sleek professional look. Lightweight for long trips. Good grip- cork is plastic like and won't crumble which was my concern. Straps are a little long, but works good with thick gloves.

An upgrade for my wife’s old XC ski poles. A bit heavier but great value and comfortable grips and straps for a fiber pole.

Nice cross country skiing poles. Very light.The service was excellent. The poles are delivered with the baskets separate. I didn't realize you have to make sure they click into place, so on my first run I lost both baskets. I contacted the seller and the seller sent new baskets 2 days later, with no extra charge.Tip: the seller told me to use hand soap to assist in seating the baskets. That did not work. No matter how much force I used, the baskets would not go on. Finally I placed the baskets in water that had just been boiled, and they slipped on.

Great poles for the price. Extremely fast shipping. I used them for the first time today, xc skiing east of Mt Rainier. They're light but strong with effective baskets. My only complaint might be the narrow, plastic grips. While effective I found the grips to be too narrow for my larger hands. Easy fix. I'll wrap them with cork bar wrap or split a bicycle inner tube for wrap. They should be perfect then.

Very lightweight. However, the vinyl on the poles was already peeling off when we opened the box. The grips are made to look like natural cork, but are very plastic feeling.Not sure how long they will hold up but other than those cosmetic things they seem to be ok.

These are inexpensive poles but represent good value for the money. The vendor was easy to work with after I ordered the wrong length poles. I shipped them back and he sent the correct size to me without delay. For those that found the baskets difficult, I think that the water wasn't hot enough (just short of boiling). Using HOT water and dish washing detergent I also used an adjustable wrench open to the diameter of the basket hole and tapped (not hammered) the basked down and it quickly mounted. I'm personally leery of using a hot gun since it could deform the baskets. I would deal with this vendor again.

Like many here, I had trouble getting the baskets to click into place. It was so hard that I thought maybe I had the wrong ones. Finally, very nearly boiling water for a few minutes and WD-40 instead of detergent did the trick. The poles themselves are great - I like them extra long so they are always behind me.

The baskets go on easily. Just follow the instructions.Nice poles for the $
