Haven't used them but can't wait

I have to admit I use these sparingly as they are quite expensive, but when used I always seem to do well on them. However the ones i have been using now I am struggling to thread onto my hair rigs, I dont know if I have had them too long ( about 2 months) but they are breaking and crumbling when i try to thread them using a bait needle, I have tried using a bait drill too with the same effect.

Bought these twice now and caught carp every time, good shape

The Good:Caught some good specimens with these on a hair rig, including bream and mirror carp. They work great with a band or a stop, they can be drilled nicely, the attractants are VERY strong and they pop up nicely on the rig. Provided you don’t snag them or lose the rig, you’ll get a good hour or more from one on a band, probably longer on a stop.The Bad:They’re pretty pricey for the amount you get (as other comments suggest), particularly galling when you lose a rig or snag on veg. The shape makes them subject to slip off the band sometimes, especially when they start to smoke.The Ugly:These things absolutely STINK, especially the peach/squid ones. It’s the whole point, of course, and to the fish, it must smell like Maccies, but don’t say I didn’t warn you!Overall, a good purchase for legering, method or swim feed anglers, they do the job and you should attract the right specimens with them. Lose a star for the price, but I’ve bought a few times now.

Good bait on a pop up hair rig when you need something different.

The strawberry flavour was really effective and I caught loads but they were out of stock so I got this one. Have used on a couple of sessions and not caught with it. I don't think I'll get this flavour next time.

Very good bait a bit on the expensive side though for the amount you get.
