1990 Pro Pet Urine Eliminator Upright Deep Cleaner Formula

This is my 2nd Bissell carpet cleaner and very happy with the purchase. I had the older bigger version of this model and it worked for years but after years of putting in work the motor went so I decided to give this away to a friend who could fix and I get myself an upgrade finally. Super amazed in my area (Tampa Bay) I was able to order this and have it delivered that same nite. I put the order in around 2pm and it showed up by 8pm. The model I ordered came with 1 very small bottle of cleaner + pet odor cleaner. The pet solution was in a full size bottle. The instructions are very simple to follow and the vacuum is mostly put together for you. I am just using warm/hot tap water from my sink + I always use the Bissell branded carpet cleaner solution. On the container it has very easy to see lines of how much water & formula to put in along with a fill line for the dirty water container. Not many words are needed in how well this carpet cleaner works, I uploaded a picture to let it do the talking. On the left side was the untreated carpet, it just had a vacuum ran over so I get all the little bits up. The right side is after 1 pass with solution and pulling all the cleaner up after...nite & day results! The carpet in the pic is just one of those cheap area rugs that I let my dogs run around and they track in all kinds of dirt and muck. I only have 2 rooms with carpet and both them have berber carpet in them. This carpet cleaner had no problem knocking all the deep down stains up and sucking them right out of the carpet. What I love most about this over the old Bissell I had is that the clean and dirty water are 2 separate containers instead of 1 container with a bladder inside of it. Both containers are very easy to remove and put back into place + the dirty water doesn't leak all over the place when I go empty; it has a nice little plastic piece over a spill out spout. Depending on how big the room/carpet is, it may take a lot of refills + dumping of the dirty water. I also followed the instructions of 1 pass forward + 1 pass backwards when holding in the button to release the solution. The carpet in the pic is a 8 ft x 10 ft and took 3/4 bottle of solution. It did take me about 4-6 hours to clean and get all the water/solution up but it was well worth the time. I do enjoy the scent of the refresh solution, it has a nice light smell of flowers, almost orchids. The other one I used, the pet solution, it doesn't really leave any smell good or bad, its just neutral. The refresh one the scent will linger for a few days and it's very pleasant. All in all, I would highly recommend this to anybody who wants to clean their carpets with nice deep clean every so often. The costs to rent one like this or get it professionally down is easily 3-4x the cost of just owning your own. Plus if I ever have any random spills that need a deep clean, I always have my Bissell on hand.

Woah! I stayed with my grandma for a month and the carpet was soiled with hidden dog urine. That guy really did a number on the carpet and it interfered with my sleep. I ordered this and used it the same day it was delivered. Knocked the smell right out of the house. It works really well, removed all the yellow spots with the proper carpet cleaning companion, and didn’t leave any weird textures or stickiness on the carpet after drying.

Man, oh man, I should have ordered a lot more of this particular carpet cleaning shampoo as it is amazing and really works! I recently claimed my life back from very debilitating depression and have gradually started taking care of my house again after a year or just over of serious neglect because I couldn’t make myself care or do anything. Now that my meds have got me up, moving, and interested in house keeping, I ordered this carpet cleaning shampoo to tackle the mess that the carpet in my room had become, and next is the carpet in the smaller guest room. The carpet was very stained, soiled in some places, and just gross, and this oxi containing shampoo is very, very easily pulling the grim and gunk out of the carpeting. I also have a lot of cats, and it’s pulling up their contributions easily as well! I’m using it in a Hoover power dash small upright machine (I thought it was a Bissell machine when I ordered this shampoo) I bought about 2 1/2 years ago, and even with that smaller carpet cleaner, it is blazing through the mess easily with the help of this shampoo. I think my bedroom is 15 ft long and 12 feet wide, and I’m about halfway through the bottle with perhaps half the room shampooed thus far. I think I’ll have just enough to finish this room, but I’m going order at least two, perhaps three more bottles this coming week when I get paid, as well as a bigger carpet cleaner with a hose thingy and smaller nozzles so I can shampoo my furniture too. I’ll post a picture so anyone can see the dirty carpet next to the shampooed carpet and compare the results and determination be if this oxi shampoo will be useful for them too. I think one should order more than they’ll think they need, and I should have done so. This stuff works so well that it’s now going to be my go-to shampoo liquid. The scent isn’t very strong to me, but, I do have really bad nasal allergies and can’t smell very well like someone without such bad allergies, so it might be stronger than I’m able to detect, admittedly. I’ve hope this review and the picture helps you dear reader decide if this carpet shampoo will help you. 😃😃

The Bissell 1990 Pro Pet Urine Eliminator works very well for cleaning pet stains and neutralizing odors. It lifts dirt and urine spots effectively, leaving carpets fresher and cleaner. I’ve noticed a real difference after using it on high-traffic areas and spots where accidents occurred. The scent is mild and not overpowering, which is a big plus. My only minor complaint is that it sometimes requires multiple applications for older or set-in stains.

This has to be the best smelling carpet cleaner I’ve ever used and I’ve used quite a few few. And I’ve now had three dogs, one of which has passed so lots of potty accidents that needed to be cleaned up and truthfully most of the cleaners I have still doesn’t get that deep smell out. This smells very clean very fresh and it has helped tremendously with my new puppies accident. I have officially found my go to cleaner for my carpet shampoo. Also a sidenote, I do not have the Bissell vacuum. I have a different brand that I got from Costco and this one works great with it. I just wanted to give it a try.
