Q: The second pictures shows some type of frame, does it have it or not? I want to make sure it’s frameless before I buy

The Aluminum frame they refer to is the frame to support the mirror and lighting. This is smaller in length and width and located behind the mirror and is not visible unless you look from the side. The lighting and bar section gives a look of having a frame.

Q: i don't want to see a colored button on the front.

NO! It never worked after it was installed and I got a refund from Amazon. I tried to contact the company and never got a response. You're taking your chances buying this mirror. It's hit or miss and in my case, it was a MISS!!! The price is good but it never worked at all :(
