Is this BPA-free?

Does anyone know if there are caps available that fit these containers. The ones that come with them are not solid.

If this is made from HDPE, how come It is labeled as 7 recyclable plastic? Aren't plastics made from HDPE labeled as 2 recyclable not 7?

Are there supposed to be two caps or do I cut a hole in the one cap in order to use the spout? It only came with one solid cap!
