I ordered this for my fiance. He hates taking pills but was willing to try this supplement. He had his GB removed about 14 years ago. Like others mentioned, eating would always result in an immediate trip to the bathroom (and it isn't pleasant, btw). I was also concerned that he was getting little to no nutrients with food going through him so quickly. It took about 3 doses to get it in his system but then a major improvement happened! No emergency dash to the bathroom (usually); and if he does go to the bathroom after a meal, at least it's "normal" now. I've been taking it too, even though I still have a GB. It helps if you tend to have inefficient digestion and get crampy after eating. Also, fiance hasn't had heartburn since taking it, and that was a pretty regular thing. I recommend trying this. We take one right before each meal, or maybe 15-30 minutes before if we think of it.

These have done wonders for me! I had gastric bypass 14 years ago,and my gallbladder removed about 6 years ago. In the last year,I had developed some serious digestive issues, needing to use the bathroom within 2 hours of eating, up all night with serious stomach issues every night. Endless gut pain etc. Started these after doing some research about my issues. Within just a couple days, I stopped having all of the issues. My food sits without pain in my stomach, it doesn't run through me so fast. No more overnight stomach issues. I also have more energy and feel better in general- probably because I'm actually getting some nutrients from my food now! Im 3 or 4 bottles in and dont ever wanna not have them.

I've used this about 5 times now and find it is better than just taking digestive enzymes. I don't have a gallbladder and the OX Bile with the other ingredients PLUS their enzymes does a super job! My other product just has enzymes and I still had reflux. With LionHeart ..None! Just the right amounts of everything. I am a small person and the amounts are just right for me. No side effects, no odor, easy to swallow.

I like this product . It is disappointing as a sufferer of any condition to go from one doctor to another only to hear that there is no cure for your ailment so when you begin doing research in finding products that claim they can help your problem, you tend to raise an eyebrow. Going through catalog of bile salts has been a challenge because getting what you pay for is scary when it comes to health. This product was right in the middle of being affordable but not so low in price that if you grew a third ear you would go, "Yep. That's on me." On the product's effectiveness, I would certainly say that I experienced the symptoms less as it pertains to irritable bowel syndrome. Part of the issue is that if you have that there is a chance you're not digesting all the proper nutrients from your food. This is indicated by despite having all the food in the world, your fingers remain pruney as though you are experiencing a vitamin deficiency of some kind. Within the first week of taking these tablets that mostly went away so I can tell that I was successfully pulling the nutrition from my food which is very important especially as you begin to eat healthier food. I feel less bloated but it definitely has not been cured. I would recommend it to anyone though and have even purchased an extra batch for a friend who, unlike me, is missing a gallbladder. The only thing I don't like about the pills is that they are solid all the way through. I happen to be a fan of the clear pills with powder inside. I think the clear pills are easier to digest and maybe more organic than synthetic depending on what supplements you are taking. I'm pretty sure I can injure somebody with how heavy the pills in a Centrum bottle are. It's not easy digesting rocks. Thankfully, these bile salts don't feel like those pills. Somewhere in the middle which is good enough for me. There is a very high chance that after I experiment with other brands I will return to this one because my experience has been reliable thus far.

This is a great supplement for people without gallbladders. It helps break down foods in a way that mimics a gallbladder. I've seen a huge difference since taking this medication. Definitely recommend!
