Haven't had this very long, but so far it's doing wonders for my dry eye condition. Ever since we moved to Arizona, I've slowly started to have issues with dry eyes and finally decided to start doing things for it. Supplements definitely help, but when my dry eyes get really bad I needed something more. This is definitely doing the trick so far and does work better than other heat eye patches that I've used in the past. It just seems like the heat is targeted just right, which is seemingly making it more effective than others. It's also really easy to use and understand how to operate. Battery life seems super long as well. Have used it solidly over the last week and haven't had to charge it yet. Definitely a great investment, especially if you suffer from dry eyes like I do.

This is the perfect eye mask. I wear contacts and stare at a computer screen all day, which doesn’t help my eyes because I naturally struggle with dry eyes. This is so soothing at the end of the day. I like the different temperature levels and also the timer. This really helps my eyes feel so much better.

Look... the box is nice... but this is a very cheaply made eye mask. 1) There is no true temperature shown so you can't be sure of what you have on your eyes. If you have eye issues, this could be dangerous. 2) the eye area is REALLY small.. it fits just over the eyeball part of your eye, not around the whole oraface and the heated part, you can feel is just a ribbon under a very cheap material. 3) the control will break its thin, simple, and again.. cheap. Find something else that shows the temperature, is larger, and covers the whole eye area and is made with quality materials. The real price for this should be about $10-$15. That's it. Don't let these guys bamboozle you out of your hard earned money. Returned.

The item works as advertised. The only problem is the strap is not big enough. I have a smaller head size it at full expansion it worked for me. My husband was unable to use the item as the strap made the mask press too hard against his eyes. I like the heat levels and the fact it stays hot the whole time you're using it vs the microwavable types. It would be a 5 star review except for the limited strap size.

I've used this for a few months now. About 15 minutes each night. It really does help with dry eyes. The mask gets really warm really quick and has a nice tight fit around your head.Some notes on what I don't care for.-The cord is pretty stiff. Not very flexible.-The control unit feels pretty far down the cord compared to other units I've used-No memory on the 'beep' feature. I want to turn this off but you have to do it each time as it doesn't remember.-As pictured below, the stitching on mine came out and the cord is starting to come loose. Not sure what to do here. I don't want to electrocute my face.For the money I would expect a lot more. I think there are comparable units that work just as well that are cheaper. Hope this helps someone!

this heated eye mask is amazing. I stare at screens all day for work and my eyes are constantly dry and irritated—this thing has been a lifesaver. It heats up fast, feels super comfy, and actually helps my eyes feel refreshed. I’ve even used it when I had a stye, and it helped so much. Definitely worth it. If your eyes are always tired or itchy, just get it.
