An INTERNAL happiness because you are right happiness is not what you are given and is not found outside, who ever experienced it , he/she did internally by removing the expectations and I NEED. Book is maybe even equal or higher than Practice the power of Now by Ekhart Tolle, both are life changing and saves you from eternal suffering.

I came across this book recently. It is a quick read and with simple language. This book clearly shows the need for inner work. In order to do inner work there may be other books. The one i know is 'the only awakening' by moller de la rouviere. Many people interested in spirituality join groups or organizations and attend classes. They may take the next step of inner work and take a personal jouney through sincere effort.Shankar

I collect books old and new on such topics from the 1800's forward and this one is so simply stated in its ideas, explanations and translations of old teachings that it quicklyet became one of my favorites! Very fun and mind opening read.

I was really inspired by reading this book to start meditation. I totally recommend this to anyone who would want to explore spirituality. It also brings perspective from different spiritual leaders around the world.
